Delphi Summer Internship

Delphi summer internship is an opportunity for young adults ages 18 and up to build skills and connect with community.

Each day, internship members engage in small group projects for partner agencies. Each intern selects his or her preferred work task, depending on area of interest. The group projects positively impact our local community and are a great way to build resume and workplace experience.

Our facilitators guide the process and make sure that each intern is involved in the project. Our facilitators also run workshops on resume writing, workplace norms, money management and other important independent living skills topics.

In the afternoons, the group selects and pursues urban excursions (pinball museum, bowling, card kingdom and more).

DETAILS

Location: Seattle (Ryther) @ 2400 NE 95th St

Dates: Weeks of 7/24 through 8/31 – choose 2 or more weeks

Time: Mon-Thurs, 9:30a-3:30p

Cost: $425*

*DDA community respite funds can be used for this program. Partial scholarships available.
