Mission/Values/Vision

Delphi Young Adults serves individuals ages 18 – 26, from the neurodiverse community. Many of our participants have a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, or Developmental Disabilities, but we do not require a diagnosis to participate. Our programs are geared towards building social connection and helping to support the transition into adulthood.

SOCIAL GROUPS

Delphi Social Groups facilitate social connection, friendships, and confidence through weekly activities, in-person and online groups. Participants learn strategies to navigate social situations, build friendships, and foster a sense of belonging. The goal is to empower neurodiverse individuals in their social lives and help them thrive in their communities.

SUMMER PROGRAMS

Delphi Young Adult Summer Programs, where young adults can connect socially and build skills for life. Our Summer programs provide weekly in-person and online groups, where young adults connect socially and build skills. Delphi’s Summer Programs empower young adults to forge connections, enhance social abilities, and acquire essential skills that contribute to their overall well-being.

INDEPENDENT LIVING

The Delphi strategic initiatives team has helped create Thrive Seattle, an apartment-based independent living program. We provide outreach and development support to that project, fostering a community where young adults can cultivate independence, life skills, and a sense of belonging.

Thrive is independently owned and operated

Delphi Young Adults helps to build confidence, identity and community. Delphi is for young adults, ages 18-26, who have autism, ADHD, learning disabilities or other similar traits.
